The staff here is excellent, the location in the mountains is peaceful, and the breakfast was amazing and good quality.

We enjoyed the quiet setting of the hotel and the thermals were very pleasant. The room was large and well appointed, particularly nice bathroom.

The hotel had a strange air of incompletion about it. It was disappointing that the spa facilities were closed for so much of the day. With all the local cultural sights closed for siesta it would have been nice to be able to enjoy the relaxing spa at that time. The food in the restaurant was good and well presented, but the dining room was cold and sterile. The harsh lighting would have been better suited to an operating theatre.

Large, clean room with lovely views of the surrounding countryside. Good facilities, lots of parking and very good breakfast buffett.

Restaurant was great, food and service. Lovely room, lovely sitting areas in and out, and nice bar area too.Great for a stopover albeit we could have stayed longer and made use of the massage services.

We booked at this spa/hotel as a stopover on our trip. A bargain price through Booked.net, which was absolute value for the money. Very friendly and helpful staff, nice and clean rooms, nice breakfast. Everything we needed, great!

Oddly enough, we'd never go there for its spa. It is a self-contained resort, yet it does not take advantage over its surroundings: no outside pool, no garden, etc. Once inside, you could very well be on planet Mars. Decorated in a rather strange fashion which alters between modern design, traditional, and bad taste. We can only comment on the inside pool and not the thermal features, but it was small and dark, and the thermal part did look very small compared to the size of the hotel. Also, if you are traveling with babies or children, be prepared to receive some rather hostile looks from other guests (not the staff, who were very friendly!) ... you know, people that don't like children's presence, regardless whether they're quiet or not.

The building is well-kept, and the rooms are a good size. 😊 the breakfast offered a nice variety of tasty food and drinks.
